Terms of Service
LOCK IN is operated by ZONPRO LLC under the Red City Studio brand. These terms govern your use of the LOCK IN accountability service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use LOCK IN lawfully. Email-and-password accounts must verify their email before beginning a trial. Supported Google and Apple sign-ins are treated as provider verified.
Trial and subscription
Eligible users receive one seven-day trial without entering payment information. The no-card trial does not renew and will never charge you automatically.
You may subscribe at any time. The single monthly subscription is currently listed at $6.99 in the United States; your store shows the localized price and terms. Because there is no store introductory offer, subscribing charges your store account immediately, even during the server trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple or Google before renewal. Purchasing consumes trial eligibility permanently. Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and account restoration do not create a new trial.
Deleting your LOCK IN account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. You are responsible for canceling it through your store account.
Access and billing
Paid access follows the entitlement reported by the applicable store and billing provider, including store-reported billing grace. When our server is unreachable, recently verified paid access may continue temporarily; trials do not receive offline grace. We may grant or revoke separate promotional or support access.
Use of LOCK IN and your content
LOCK IN helps you create tasks, schedule reminders, submit proof, and track progress. You are responsible for the tasks and proof you submit. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and analyze it as needed to operate, secure, and improve LOCK IN.
AI features
Third-party AI services may classify tasks, assess submitted proof, and generate accountability messages. Automated results may be incomplete or wrong. Usage limits may apply, and fallback behavior may be used when a limit or service failure occurs.
Notifications, health, and safety
Alarm and notification delivery depends on device permissions, operating-system policies, battery settings, connectivity, and platform limits. Do not rely on LOCK IN for emergencies, medication, personal safety, or other critical alerts.
LOCK IN does not provide medical, mental-health, nutrition, or professional fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing exercise, diet, sleep, or wellness routines.
Suspension, deletion, and availability
We may restrict accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. You may request deletion in the app or authenticated web page. A request deactivates the account immediately and is completed after the disclosed recovery period.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and update these terms. LOCK IN is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or particular personal outcomes.
